Summit Activities: 

We have in-licensed ivonescimab (SMT-112), which is a novel, potential first-in-class investigational bispecific antibody combining the effects of immunotherapy via a blockade of PD-1 with the anti-angiogenesis effects associated with blocking VEGF into a single molecule taking advantage of cooperative binding between the two. We initiated multiple phase-III clinical studies in the following Lung cancer indications: 

  • Ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated, locally advanced, or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have progressed after treatment with a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) (“HARMONi”) 

  • Ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy in first-line metastatic squamous NSCLC patients (“HARMONi-3”) 
    Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy that is not approved by any regulatory authority. It is currently being investigated in Phase III clinical studies. 

 

Overview: The Corporate Education Temp will be responsible for working with the Chief Education and Brand Officer in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive education and training programs for employees across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and development, as well as strong project management and instructional design skills. The Corporate Education Temp will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Collaborate Chief Education & Brand Officer to assess organizational training needs and priorities. 

  1. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to help create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, videos, and other multimedia resources. 

  1. Help identify and implement learning management systems (LMS) or other technology platforms to facilitate training delivery, track employee progress, and measure training effectiveness.  

  1. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, participant registration, and materials preparation – example Summit University module execution 

  1. Help develop training sessions and workshops as needed, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience for participants. 

  1. Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 

  1. Help monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in corporate education and training, and incorporate relevant innovations into training programs. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 10 years of experience in education, training and development, or related field, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. 

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques. 

  • Strong knowledge in oncology, treatment therapies including immunotherapy preferred 

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms used for training administration and delivery. 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in corporate education and training. 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment preferred.
